The Homer Recreation Commission surprised Ruby Bostwick, Senior Recreation Commissioner, with a birthday cake at their regular monthly meeting held April 14, 2005. Ruby, who has been on the commission since 1986 will turn a chipper 90 on April 29. Happy Birthday, Ruby! And many more!
