 The Village of Homer has an abundance of parks and recreation
areas, as well as a full recreation schedule. The gazebo on the
Village Green is the site of frequent summer concerts and other
special events throughout the year, such as the Holiday in Homer,
Corvette Car Show, Chautauqua, and Christmas on the Green. Homer
Playwright's Dinner Theater is an entertaining way to spend
an evening, and the Cortland
Repertory Theatre on nearby Little York Lake offers a variety of high quality, entertaining plays throughout the summer season.
