Please Take Note: That in accordance with Section 11-1118 of the Village Law of the State of New York, all outstanding water, sewer, special assessment, public works accounts and all other allowable debt owed the Village, that are not paid by close of business (4:30 p.m.), February 10, 2012, will become a lien on the real property against which such account is charged and will be subsequently added to the tax bill of March 1, 2012
